Hilfe Guestbook Version 1.0

----------------------------------------------------------------------
First Installation:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

To install the Guestbook simply unzip the distribution inside your
PostNuke html directory. This will create the ./modules/Guestbook
directory and should contain all the files of the distribution.

From the Administration of the portal go to:
'modules'->'Guestbook'->Initialize->Activate

If you wish delete "bad words" from comments automatically, there is
full support for censor module that comes with PostNuke. In order to
use and customize the list of words in the Administration, you have
to initialize and activate this module as describes above for the
guestbook module.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Menu Configuration
------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can link to the Guestbook by entering {Guestbook} in a menu block.

Using [Guestbook] will also work, but this is for old style modules.
Using the method above will produce much better results.

Goto your Block administration and edit/create the Menu block to hold
your link to the guestbook.

The Menu Block editing screen should look something like this:

+--------------+----------------+-------------+--------+--------+-------+
| Title | URL | Description | Delete | Insert | Blank |
+--------------+----------------+-------------+--------+--------+-------+
| Guestbook | {Guestbook} | Please sign | | | |
+--------------+----------------+-------------+--------+--------+-------+

----------------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Installation from version 0.9.x:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Simply replace the files in your module's root PostNuke install.
Then go to the Administration and choose Modules.

Click on "Regenerate" (if you use PostNuke .722, you may have to click
once again until you "Modules list regenerated from filesystem" in the
upper left corner).

Click on the action "Upgrade" for the guestbook module. After the
upgrade, the module will be deactivated. Click on the action "Activate"
to finish the upgrade process.

If you have customized the language files, do not replace that files,
but add the following lines to pnlang/YOURLANG/user.php and
pnlang/YOURLANG/user.php and translate them (please send a copy to
thomas@smiatek.com and I will put them in the download package):

In user.php
-----------
define('_UPDATEFAILED', 'Update attempt failed');
define("_NBCOMMENTADDED", "Admin Message:<br><br>
Your comment was added successfully!
Click <a href=\"index.php?module=Guestbook\">here</a>
to go back to guestbook");
define("_NBCOMMENTPOST", " Add a comment ");
define("_NBCOMMENTTHISENTRY", "Comment this entry");
define("_NBCOMMENTBYADMIN", "Comment by");
define("_NBCOMMENTSUBMIT", "Submit comment");
define("_MAIL_NEWENTRY", "New entry in your guestbook"); // Hier kein HTML-Umlaut verwenden

In admin.php
------------
define('_LINESPACEBETWEENENTRIES', 'Line space between the entries');
define('_MAILTOADMIN', 'Send new entries as eMail to Admin');
define('_LEFTCOLUMNLENGTH', 'Width of the left column in the guestbook');

You should now link to the Guestbook by entering {Guestbook} in a menu block.

Using [Guestbook] will also work, but this is for old style modules.
Using the method above will produce much better results.

If you wish delete "bad words" from comments automatically, there is
full support for censor module that comes with PostNuke. In order to
use and customize the list of words in the Administration, you have
to initialize and activate this module as describes above for the
guestbook module.

See changelog.txt for new features and bugfixes.
